*Research goal:  To write a collaborative DURIP proposal to build several software defined radars for use by co-PI's on this MURI. The purpose of the software defined radar is to do performance benchmarking on detection, tracking, and planning algorithms developed under this MURI and to inspire the development of new algorithms. The DURIP proposal was funded and it is expected that the software defined radars,  to be built at OSU,  will be available to MURI co-PI's by early 2014.
