The DCO Review is a temporary committee used to review the policies used by the DCO (Departmental Computing Organization) with respect to the department. It serves as a replacement to the DCO Executive Committee which is now defunct. New representatives should contact Don Winsor in DCO (Don@umich.edu)
During the school year, the CSEG representative will have two responsibilities:
- Attend the DCO Review Committee meetings until they stop meeting.
- Determine how DCO communicates with the department and insure that CSEG is adequately represented in such communication. This could entail being part of a mailing list, attending less frequent meetings, and/or making sure that CSEG is asked to serve on similar committees in the future.
