Funding:
- Need to call Pepsi about cheques due to us. Other issues about adding machines on contract or moving their location. (Benji)
- Enquire about funding from either GSAC/UMEC/GSF  - contact Andria Rose. (Dave Meisner)
- Consider other ways of funding:
i) Get companies to sponsor Happy Hours. If so, how do we receive the money?
  a) Become a non-profit organization? What does it entail? (Nate)
     Related question: What is the tax-payer id that we use for our bank account currently?
  b) Receive the money from the company through the department?
- Draft a 'How to sponsor a Happy Hour' web-page. (Alex)
        
Happy Hours/Teas:
- Recruit hosts for Happy Hours by 'accosting' candidates during teas. Can consider 'iPod' incentive depending on budget constraints.
- Need to figure out a way to make reimbursement of Happy Hour/Tea hosting expenses faster. Talk to Kelly Cormier. (Arnab)
        
Movie-nights:
- Consider hosting movie-nights. (Gargi)
